5. All PowerBoost Gifts will be sent either by registered mail or by courier delivery service to the Customer.
6. Please allow three (3) weeks for notification by email to be issued after hosting service has been activated.
7. All PowerBoost gifts shall not be exchangeable, transferable, redeemable or substituted for cash or otherwise, in all cases, whether in whole or part.
8. All PowerBoost gifts offered shall be subject to availability. If the gifts comprise manufactured or voucher items, they shall be subject to the manufacturer's or voucher company's terms and conditions for warranty, service and maintenance, and Webvisions does not accept any responsibility for the same.
9. In no event shall Webvisions and/or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever due to Customer receiving and use of gift in the PowerBoost* Promotion.
10. Webvisions' decision on any matters relating to the PowerBoost gifts shall be final and binding. Webvisions will not enter into any discussion or negotiation relating to its decision.
11. Webvisions reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions, change or terminate the PowerBoost Promotion. In case of any dispute, the decision of Webvisions shall be final and binding.
