Telesales & Customer Service/Sales Executive
Do you already have excellent telesales skills? Do you want a career that combines this requirement with exceptional follow-up customer service? We have in-house sales positions for intelligent, sales-driven individuals who enjoy speaking with customers, solving problems, and customizing quotations. Although outbound business telesales is an important part of this role, you will also hold a variety of responsibilities, including sales consultation and order processing.
Expect to interact with multiple customers over short, medium and long sales cycles, and to liase with different departments on a daily basis. You will enjoy a competitive sales incentive component without limit.
Responsibilities:
- Performing outbound sales calls
- Receiving and processing in-bound sales and domain name -related queries (phone/email)
- Customizing sales solutions and quotations for different scenarios
- Handling pre and post-sales customer service and liaising with relevant departments
- Sales lead development, management and administration
Requirements:
- Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
- Must enjoy different challenges and be able to work under pressure
- Basic degree/diploma in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or any field
- Good communication skills
- 1 year's working experience in similar industry (telco/hosting/ISP) or customer service field preferred
- Proven track record of sales achievement and good customer management
- Some experience in sales field is an advantage
- Experience in telemarketing sales would be an advantage
- Ability to speak English and Mandarin preferred so as to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients

Operations Engineer
This is a first level support position in an internet data center environment, with a focus on data center operations, setting up of servers and other hardware provisioning, assistance in maintenance and monitoring of networks, as well as the following:
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
- Attending to data center customers
- Setting up of servers
- Basic network monitoring
- Perform after office hours provisioning
- Handle 1st level technical support after office hours
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level and above
- At least 1 year of working experience. Relevant experience will be advantageous. Those without experience but are willing to learn are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Must be willing to work shift hours. Shift allowances provided
