While Webvisions facilitates new domain name registrations, it is not responsible for the success of the new domain name registration if third-party information requested by the relevent NIC is not provided by the Webvisions customer.
Domain Name Registrations
While Webvisions makes best efforts to register your preferred domain name according to the domain name registration plans available, Webvisions is not responsible for renewal, system errors in registration or domain name availability.
Non-refundable
All domain registrations are non-refundable.
.sg Domain Names
Webvisions is an accredited Registrar for ".sg" domain names.
Registration of .sg domain names are to be submitted at register.webvisions.com and are in accordance with the SGNIC registration available there.
Webvisions expects all domain and hosting service customers to be responsible for renewing their domain names.
Domain Name Registration Fees (for non ".sg" domain names)
Domain Name registration, renewal and re-instatement fees are imposed by relevent NICs or registrars upon the domain name owners. These fees are separate from Webvisions' hosting plan fees.
The customer is fully responsible for maintaining their domain name(s)' "LIVE" status in the relevant NIC database by keeping timely payments with NIC registrars and adhering to the relevant NIC terms and conditions.
Webvisions is NOT responsible for informing domain registrants or for paying for ANY domain name deletions or re-instatements that result from non-payment of NIC domain registration fees.
Domain Name Modification and Contact Information
While Webvisions will assist with domain name modifications,
Webvisions is NOT responsible for the successful completion of ANY domain name modifications
Webvisions does not assist with DNS modifications where the customer no longer maintains a hosting plan with Webvisions.
At all times, Webvisions is NOT responsible for the modification of ANY domain name contact (technical, billing or administration)
details in ANY NIC registrar database
At all times, Webvisions is NOT responsible for recovery of domain names following domain name deletion
At all times, Webvisions is NOT responsible for successful transfer of a domain name from a third-party registrar or registrar service
provider to Webvisions
Notwithstanding the above, the client's exclusive remedies for all damages, losses and causes of actions whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise, shall
not exceed the aggregate dollar amount which client paid during the term of his domain name and any reasonable attorney's fee and court costs.
The client is fully responsible for:
Timely payment of the registrar domain name fees
Maintaining accurate records in the registrar domain name database for his own domain name
