Webvisions' hosting services redefines the traditional corporate network by re-locating the network's demilitarized zone (DMZ) from their corporate network to Webvisions' web farm so as to reduce security risks and visibility from the public Internet. Corporate network is advised to run network address translation (NAT) as provisioned at Webvisions' core router. This would mean that only private IP addresses be assigned to your corporate network nodes instead of using public IP addresses.
For web sites or servers hosted with Webvisions, the leased circuit access service provides a means for the corporation to perform maintenance on their web sites/servers and at the same time, public Internet access for the entire corporate network.
