1. Webvisions' authorised channel partners are entitled to only one gift redemption, regardless of multiple orders.
2. Webvisions' employees and relatives of Webvisions are not eligible for this Gift.
3. Only Singapore-based companies are eligible for the Season Savers * GIFT redemption.
4. Upon verification, eligible Season Savers * Gift Customers will be informed about the redemption procedure through an email notification letter and redemption of the gift will be subject to terms stated on the notification letter.

7. Please allow four (4) weeks for notification by email to be issued after hosting service has been activated.
8. All Season Savers * gifts shall not be exchangeable, transferable, redeemable or substituted for cash or otherwise, in all cases, whether in whole or part.
9. All Season Savers * gifts offered shall be subject to availability. If the gifts comprise manufactured or voucher items, they shall be subject to the manufacturer's or voucher company's terms and conditions for warranty, service and maintenance, and Webvisions does not accept any responsibility for the same.
10. In no event shall Webvisions and/or its representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever due to Customer receiving and use of gift in the Season Savers * Promotion.
11. Webvisions' decision on any matters relating to the Season Savers * gifts shall be final and binding. Webvisions will not enter into any discussion or negotiation relating to its decision.
