If your users plan to access their email accounts through multiple methods at the same time, or in the same period of time, such as using mobile devices and through the computer simulatneously, please select EmailMAX Platinum range of hosting plans. The EmaIlMAX and StarterXpres plans have been tested to show poor support for this method of access.

As long as you have a push mail service from your blackberry or other service provider, your push mail service provider will be able to retrieve your emails from your email account hosted on EmailMax Platinum plan, VPS (Linux) with Plesk, and Sohomail.

Other plans like EmailMAX, StarterXpress or SME1, SME 2 or WebXpress Pro theoretically support Push Mail as well, but they do not not support multiple login to the same email account at the same time. Although push mail will be supported, the absence of multiple-access support will probably cause problems under this context. We do not recommend that you purchase these plans if you require Push Mail or Blackberry support.
