• As there are many combination of issues pertaining to media format and codecs, Webvisions does not support troubleshooting of Windows media player problems due to format and codecs.
• Customer can visit sample streaming links provided at the General Streaming Questions and Answers webpage to verify or narrow down cause of problem.
• Customer should visit the Microsoft website pertaining to Windows Media Services 9 series for further information.

While Webvisions is glad to assist where possible, Webvisions is not responsible for application and media player related problems, including but not limited to the following:

• known bugs or the reporting and resolution of new bugs
• problem as a result of media format and codecs
• problem due to client side network environment and firewall/security issue.
• any other incident that occurs as a result of anything other than Webvisions' network or hardware management.
