Support Tips
- Please provide as much background information as possible.
- If problem involves Webmanager, please specify your Webmanager Login &
Password.
- If problem involves a particular email account, please specify your
email pop user id & password.
- If problem is network related (e.g. slow access), please provide a
traceroute diagram to your server. e.g. In your MS DOS prompt, type
"tracert www.xxx.com" , where www.xxx.com refers to your domain name or IP
address.
- Please specify your service type correctly. For example, if you specify
your service problem as a Dedicated Server related but in reality, it is not,
replies to you may be delayed.
- The Support ID can be found on the subject line of an email issued by Webvisions' CRM System
